Adam Wiseberg is the owner and founder of WisebergLaw. He earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa, graduating Cum Laude, and his LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, graduating with Distinction. He was called to the Bar in Ontario and went on to work in Tokyo from 2000 to 2008, advising on billion-dollar cross-border financing transactions including securitizations, debt refinancings, aircraft leasing, and mergers and acquisitions for some of the largest law firms and financial institutions in the world. While in Tokyo, Adam was also an instructor at the Law Extension Program at Temple University and co-published articles on Japanese securities regulations and corporate law.

Adam returned to Canada in 2008 and settled in Ottawa in 2010, where he made a deliberate choice to refocus his practice on the clients who need good legal advice the most — individuals, families, and small businesses navigating some of life’s most important decisions. At WisebergLaw, we work on Main Street, not Bay Street. Adam provides practical, cost-effective legal advice across real estate law, family law, wills and estates, estate litigation, and business and finance law. Every client works directly and personally with Adam from the first consultation to the resolution of their matter.
